You’ve no doubt seen this already as it’s been dugg to death, but it’s really cool:

I know it’s only a week til my birthday now so I shouldn’t be buying anything, but I knew no-one would buy me this. For a start it was quite expensive, but I’ve wanted one for about 22 years now so it’s safe to say I’m going to love it.

It’s a Moog EtherWave. I am so excited! :oD I’ve wanted one for as long as I can remember. I’ve got 2 Stylophones that I was obsessed with when I was about 8 and this is going to be even more fun.

The way I look at it, it is very difficult to learn, but even if it takes me years to play it properly, at least it’s dead easy to make weird noises on it. :o)

Weekend got off to a good start again :o) Although it all could’ve got a bit messy, as I thought no-one was coming out I started off on double-vodka RedBulls…. then Rich appeared! So that was into double figures or something on the Smirnoff Black Ices and then AfterShock manifested itself in front of me… Argh! Waaaaay hammered.

Not out tonight or tomorrow though :o( Which is a bit poo, but back pain means I just can’t be arsed with it. Still The Mighty Boosh to look forward to next Saturday. I can’t fucking wait. I’m planning on a little drinking session before-hand so I guess it’s wise not to stay at the Turtle until 04:00 next Friday… and probably spending the night at my own house would be sensible. Boooooooo ;o)

Oooh and I ordered 2 furry hats that should arrive next week. Sexeh or what?! :oD

I finally got around to seeing the Dale Chihuly exhibition at Kew Gardens before it finished. Bit annoyed it got left so late as the glass is starting to look a little dirty & the light was crappy with it being such a nasty rainy day. Short days meant we didn’t have time to go round all the gardens either :o(

BUT the stuff was still very cool indeed :o)

I’m now shattered though so I’m going to bed. I can only hope next weekend is as good as the one just gone. In the words of I Am X, I’m nothing ’til the weekend ;o)

Last week, before the dramas, I was playing around with my old SiPix Stylecam Deluxe (awful, but cheap digicam).

and made the fields look all icy & funny:

The quality’s not very good, but neither is the camera. Fun to play with anyhow.

Meant to say before , but I found this last week.

It made me laugh. I believe that was the weekend you & Kris stayed at the “haunted” Mill and you dared me to scratch your back in Forbury. Bloody kids.

I found lots of me at 14/15/19 & 2 as well. And one of you in your suit where you had a spazzy leg.

I dyed my hair all blue :oD

It still has Atomic Pink at the bottom which is why that’s a bit purpley. It seems to be very intense blue under natural lighting and a bit more purpley under artificial lights.
