I just phone Fantasy Weapons, apparently I shouldn’t expect my dagger until the 12th of August. FFS. They said they take the money as soon as they order from America…. and then it sits in Customs for a while….. great…. so I may as well have ordered it from the States myself.

On the good news front… I have too much Annual Leave. So i no longer work Wednesdays for the rest of the year :oD

Rah, Boosh on TV was good last night. Must watch the next one on-line now :oD

It turns out that SwordForge are class. Soooo much better than that other shop. They have wishlist stuff and e-mail you at EVERY stage of the order process. This blade is blatantly going to arrive long before the other one I ordered. I have to keep calling it saward-forjjje though otherwise I end up calling it ‘SourceForge’. Bah silly geeky names…

Still no flippin’ knife *grrrr* Not happy with those people, not happy at all.

It seems Konfabulator has been scooped up by Yahoo!… great news for them, I hope it keeps on being the best widgetything out there.

When I get a free moment I really must sort out my website and get my Back Pack It stuff on there. <3 Back Pack It right now. It’s keeping everything sorted for little Virgo me: Wish Lists, Present Ideas, To Do Lists, Reminders…

I also want to try and work on something that can have my IRC bot keeping track of problem users. Ideally I’d like the other ops to be able to mark certain users down with a sort of yellow/red card system, add them to a database people can check, and where possible put a symbol in front of their nick in their client - easily done on ViRC). So if someone steps out of line (but isn’t bad enough for a full ban) it’s easy to see if they’re a problem user. This might need to go on hold until I can resurrect my download PC and stick something decent on it (ie not Windows). I expect I won’t ever get around to it though…

I dyed my hair all blue :oD

It still has Atomic Pink at the bottom which is why that’s a bit purpley. It seems to be very intense blue under natural lighting and a bit more purpley under artificial lights.

I ordered my dagger on Sunday… they didn’t even send an e-mail to confirm my order… the money was taken on Tuesday… still no e-mail… nothing had arrived by Friday so I e-mailed them that morning… no response whatsoever… so I e-mailed them AGAIN at a different e-mail address that lunchtime. Still NOTHING.

Now I’m left wondering what the hell to do. Have they sent it? Can I still cancel it and buy elsewhere?? All the time I don’t have my flipping dagger that I ordered from the UK cos I wanted it quickly.

ALL webshops should send e-mails at every stage of your order imho.

I’m going to wait until next week and then that’s definitely way over the 1st class time to arrive thing. Then I’ll cancel my order and let my credit card know that I’m not paying that bit. I’m pretty disgusted to be honest. They don’t have a free number to ring either so I’m not wasting more of my money calling them.

Jackie is scared of all things that fly, except Superman and aeroplanes, but she is also scared of chickens and peacocks…

all slugs in the world live under the decking at Claire & Tone’s and they come out at 22:00 exactly…

everything wants to shag me, according to Kirsty this is “men, women, slugs, cats and trees”…

ginger makes Kirsty’s tongue itch, which is odd because her husband is a ginger…

looking at Tone’s sword/dagger collection is a bad idea… (see next post)…

KriekBier is absolutely gorgeous, and Waitrose sell it :oD…

Ketchup goes with everything except SpagBol, Champagne, flipflops, decking and KriekBier…

C&T’s neighbours are weird and shouldn’t even bother asking us not to swear…
