OK, it’s official, Marbles are the best credit card company in the World. Ever.
I got a new card from them and had to activate it, I know my log in and my password, but it asked me for a security code…. which I didn’t have. Just phoned them up and tried to activate my card that way and it refused to accept my date of birth as valid.
Within seconds I was put through to a really nice bloke that agreed computers have a mind of their own, reset my security password for me, activated my card and was just generally a very, very nice man.
I HAVE A CREDIT CARD AGAIN – LET THE SPENDING BEGIN!
The funny thing is, back when my card details got used fraudulently over the .net, they sorted out nearly all the transactions without me even knowing anything was wrong. I think the sudden interest in having things shipped to an address in Conneticut alerted them! I phoned up and spoke to someone that sounded EXACTLY like Gwilym
