I Burn Friends Like a Piece of Wood

Now I’m really pissed off :o( Seeing as Chris is in Spain right now and I finally got a 120GB HDD to play with I figured I’d put a PC together to mess around with my TV as a monitor. I bunged all the stuff bar the sound card (mobo has on-board) and water-cooling stuff from the HTPC in. Only to find the thing won’t even POST! Arrrrggghh! I’ve jiggled everything about. Swapped the RAM around. Removed the heatsink and put it back on again. Taken out the Graphics card and put it back in again. Tried with only 1 stick of RAM. The bloody thing just won’t even start up. The only thing I can think of is that it’s an ASUS A7N8X Deluxe (rev 2) and they have some issues with certain PC3200 RAM… I have 2 sticks of PC3200 OCZ RAM in there right now and none spare :o/ I can’t even nick the RAM outta this PC… cos it’s OCZ PC3200 as well!!

Oh well, no playing this weekend for me *sigh*

Well, I sort of can still play. A bit anyway. I bought a sander for my legs. No, really. I did! :oD I also bought a little diddy thing to help me out with the dreads when I don’t feel like lugging lots of crap about. I know how girly it is, but it’s just the job!

I treated myself to a Ma Bar. It’s a bit hectic really cos I’ve already discovered that Soft Coeur turns me on just from the smell alone! And they’re the same smell! Woo! :oD Imagine if I were to use both of those and Honey I Washed the Kids soap all on the same day?! I’d melt!

I also found the perfect Mother’s Day gift in Lush, Flubatub. The fact that the pot is made out of a bath ballistic is soooooo fab!

Well, I’m off to sand my legs, bath in toffee-goodness and sleeeeeeeeeeep like I’ve been wanting to all week!
